1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Next Gen Vol platform (“NGV,” “we,” “our”), including the website at nextgenvol.com and all related tools and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
NGV provides quantitative analytics tooling for options traders, including but not limited to expected PnL calculators, implied volatility analysis, and LLM-integrated pricing tools. The service is provided “as is” for informational and analytical purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. NGV does not recommend any specific securities, transactions, or investment strategies. All tools, calculations, and outputs are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
4. No Warranties
The platform and all content, tools, and calculations are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will be accurate or complete.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGV and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service or servers; (d) use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by NGV and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
